  • Introduction-Physical Assessment and Movement Analysis.
  • Detailed response on areas of influence and weaknesses to be highlighted.
  • A detailed Monthly workout program specialized for the individual. Each program is personalized and based on their performance within the assessment and analysis. Test and re-tests are completed to show progressions and also identify/evaluate where additional work/support should be provided.
  • The program is tailored to you and your goals and can rely on different training modalities- or more simply we will use the training method that is going to get you to your goals the fastest.
  • Nutrition prescription and recommendations if desired, with tracking, accountability and a formal weekly check-in
  • Evaluation of the individuals lifestyle and tips to permit substantial gains in all aspects of fitness.
  • Unlimited email access and response as well as up to two phone calls a month based on where you are in the world
  • Watch videos of work provided and offer feedback in a timely basis.

About your Coach:

I figured I’d put my self out there!
I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life past puberty. 217lbs wasn’t even my heaviest. I was just under 270 at my heaviest and I don’t even have pics of it cause anytime a camera would come out I’d disappear. I got the stretch marks to prove I was a heavy fella. I’m still not as lean as I’d like to get but that’s also ok as I still get to enjoy pizza burgers and ice cream.
I’m not perfect by any means but I understand what it’s like to be heavy and unhappy with how you feel in your own skin. I also know what it takes to make a big change and drop that weight and become more comfortable with your self. I’m not one of those perfect weight loss / personal trainers you see all over the internet. I’ve been fat, I’m relatively Unathletic but I work my tail off. So when you see me doing cool stuff in videos your not seeing the thousands of attempts that I’ve failed at or the years of working with light weights to be able to lift the heavy weights.

Currently working on my Gymnastics and learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since I’m happy with my current lifts which include : 10 reps of 100lbs dumbbell bench press, 25+ strict unbroken pull ups, 350lbs+ back squat, and being able to run a sub 6:10 min/mile.
I’ve also been a competitive crossfit athlete for about 10 years now, I’ve completed several 200+ mile relay races, and a bunch of adventure races. I’ve done all this
Just know that as a coach I always take the approach of compassion and understanding. Cause we all have a story to tell and I’m just the helpful guide that can help you unlock your own potential ( I’m yoda your the sky walker – for all my fellow nerds ) -Patrick

The craziest thing is he enjoys our workouts too! For Nick, we found a style of training that cuts out all the fluff and just packs on size and strength!

Shout out to my remote personal training client Ryan! We have only been working together for a few months and he wanted to build some strength endurance to help take his jujitsu to the next level. He already had a great engine but he was losing overall power output past a few minutes into his Live training. Built him a custom workout plan that fit his schedule to address these areas including some work to address his tight shoulders and funky ankle. He is crushing it now. He now has a steady output of power during all of his Live training the entire time which includes 10 back-to-back 6-minute training sessions, his shoulders and knees feel better, and he has been crushing his matches!
He just had a few things that were holding him back and through smart training, we remove those obstacles to unleash his full power!

My goal was to get to a stage where I was comfortable in my own body inside and out and still be capable of lifting heavy weights for my weightlifting competitions.

I went from a starting weight of 96kgs and am now 81kgs.
Optimize is a program that is quite different to anything else I have tried. It is so much more than just ‘losing weight’ or that “8-week weight loss challenge”. It’s about the journey, not the destination and it’s not just another diet.

Optimize has been a lifestyle change for me and changing the headspace that I did have towards food and building a better relationship with it has been so beneficial for me. I seriously cannot thank my coach enough for the endless support she has had for me over the last year, she has helped me become the person I am today and the person I continue to grow into.

My goal was to get back to my pre-baby body after having two kids in two years. I’ve lost 20 pounds!


I have tried many different programs before and Optimize has stood out far above them all. My goal was to lose 10 pounds to get back to where I was before having had two kids in two years. As the weight started coming off, I just kept focusing on my daily goals and, before I knew it, I was down 20 pounds!

The focus on the entire person and how mindfulness focused nutrition can fit into your life was key for me. I loved that the program focuses on the person as a whole (sleep, mental health, stress levels). I am divorced with two toddlers and work full time, so if I had time to do this anyone can! I found it helpful to have my macros to focus on, but still have so much flexibility with what I wanted to eat.

The positivity and optimism of my coach was refreshing each week. Now I am adjusting my goals to new levels that I never thought I could reach again and I have never felt better as a person!
